A mission of Spectrum is to provide members opportunities to meet other like minded people in the community. From discussion groups to outdoor activities Spectrum strives to provide many outlets for exploring and meeting others in our great community.

Lesbian Discussion Group
This group, specifically for women, meets monthly to share fun and important conversation. The group occasionally organizes social outings.

Men's Group
The Men's group holds monthly potlucks for anyone wishing to attend, Single or couples of any ages.

First Thursday Luncheon Group
This social group meets for lunch on the first Thursday of every month. Everyone is welcome. No agenda, just good food and good company.

Families Group
Gay men and lesbians raising children are not alone in Reno. Gay and lesbian parents can take their kids to the Families Group for fun get-together.

Winearenos Group
This group for LGBT wine lovers in Washoe County meets about once a month, at a wine bar or restaurant or in a member's home. The group has no formal structure, just social meetings centered around sampling and chatting about wine. Group members may tour some premium California wine growing regions. We welcome new members.

Women's Hiking Group
This group is specifically for women looking for adventures outdoors while socializing with their peers.
